Except where noted, fees for additional services, such as pickup and removal of equipment, may still apply.

- HP, Dell, and IBM workstations and servers
- SUN branded equipment
- Apple Macintosh laptops and desktops
- LCD and Plasma displays
- computers and laptops three years old or less in bulk
- servers, IT and networking equipment four years old or less
- Telephone systems less than five years old
